Cercis Species Cercis canadensis I have seedlings to 1 year old saplings of the common (unhybridized native) Cercis canadensis. Here, in Michigan's zone 5, the tree is about 15-20 ft tall with a spreading umbrella type crown, curved or twisted branches and interesting form. This is a photo of our 15 year old tree. | Plants | (sewgirljudyk) |

Disocactus phyllanthoides This homely thing produces some of the most lovely flowers. Keep it potted tight, for better bloom. If you are in a temperate zone, with freezing temps, leave it out as long as possible in the fall without getting frozen (it will take a LIGHT frost without much damage). Keep it cool for a few weeks during the winter 60 F or less, but don't let it get frosted or frozen. Keep it more dry in the winter and gradually step up watering toward spring. It will respond with loads of blossoms for you! | 'German Empress' | Plants, Cuttings | (PlantFiles) |
