Miniature Tall Bearded Iris Iris I have MANY of these, can trade large groups or smaller groupings. http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/33172 short stalks, usually around 1-2 feet HONORABILE: (Lémon 1840): From what I have read on this iris it is classified as a miniature tall bearded (MTB), and is listed as a diploid from France. Doubtless it has been widely spread across the U. S. during the past 100 years. Ruggedly hardy, grows anywhere, even in shade here. A nice collector plant. | 'Honorabile' | Plants | (PlantFiles) |

It is long-blooming, blooms prolifically, and--a bonus--has an intriguing grape soda (or grape Kool-Aid) fragrance, noticeable from several feet away it has very tall stalks 3-4 feet, solid light purple color Both of the following links describe this flower accuratly, but the fans in the first link are closer to mine version, I dont have the fans with the white stripe, just solid blueish, green fans. http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/102000/index.html http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/35981/index.html | Plants | (PlantFiles) |
