| Salvia Salvia farinacea Started it last spring (2009) in peat moss pods and it sprouted quickly, then transplanted it in a raised flower bed in full sun between three rose bushes. Of the 9 or so seedlings, two bloomed at the end of the summer. So far this year, they seem to be coming back quite cheerfully and vigorously.
