Tomato Lycopersicon lycopersicum My first few had a decent flavor but nothing spectacular. Definitely not a sweet tomato - I want to say that they're a little earthy? Medium sized and a very nice texture, not mealy at all. | 'Cherokee Purple' | Seeds | (PlantFiles) |
Tomato Lycopersicon lycopersicum I love these! Huge fruits - so far my biggest was 13 ounces. It's a very "steak-y" beefsteak in that it has a lot of nice-textured flesh and not as much seeds and liquid. So far I have not seen any cracking and these plants have the least blight out of any of my varieties. They are butter-colored with just a tinge of orangey-pink when fully ripe. | 'Great White' | Seeds | (PlantFiles) |
Lycopersicon Lycopersicon lycopersicum cute small fruits with the coloration of a ripe peach or nectarine on the outside. Cracked easily. Nice flavor with a balanced sweetness but nothing that really stands out. Texture was very slightly mealier than some of the other varieties I'm growing this year. | 'Mr. Stripey' | Seeds | (PlantFiles) |
