| Passiflora Species Passiflora sprucei I have this in a very large basket with Clematis (2) on a wheeled plant tray on my upper deck. I have it in a corner and attached a large trellis to the corner of the deck rail. It is absolutely beautiful and the dark purple flowers are extremely aromatic. This is the first summer so I don't know how it will fare indoors over the winter, I'm in zone 5 so I don't think it will tolerate the outdoors, especially in a container. Many have said they have not gotten fruit... deer, rabbit, birds, etc. love the fruit and make it almost impossible to harvest, or so I have read. The vine is huge and absolutely gorgeous!
