The Goji or sometimes called Wolfberry, is a herb & shrub native of the Himalayas. Its berries and leave are very nutritious and healing. Its willow like branches can grow 8 - 10 ft. if not kept pruned each spring. The goji berry grows on the new growth. It needs some sort of support to make harvesting easy. The goji fruits are small, oval, mildly sweet red/orange berries. Its tiny trumpet like flowers are white/purple.

Incan or Golden Berry is closely related to the Ground Cherry but the Incan berry has a delicious tart flavor and looks like a big fat golden raisin when dried. Its nutritious berries are delicious in salads or just eaten fresh. Also is used in baked breads or made into jam.

You will be well pleased and it is delicious in salads, lightly steamed & buttered, soups and stir fries.
