What do i use to tie down the greenhouse plastic tight?

north coast nsw, Australia

How do i stop the plastic flapping on my greenhouse. What are some of the clips available? What do them big greenhouse use, mines only small and gets wind on it. I use a plastic cover in winter and a shadecloth one in summer. I use cable ties but don't want to rip the plastic to much. any info. appreciated.

have used a thick duck tape to reinforced the plastic but the adhesive is strong to stay on and punched a hole in the plastic for the tie down.

Clamps like these work. I made my own clips by cutting some pipe that was just a little bigger than what I was using for the plastic.

while I was trucking ,I would tie the plastic down using a golfball ,put it under the plastic and use a line -rope- around the plastic with ball under . it works with smooth rocks any thing smooth and not to large. this worked for me while driving a flatbed truck at over 60mph,this was not really heavy plastic.
This way there are no holes in the plastic.
