Tea brewer air diffuser question...

Brighton, MO(Zone 6a)

For both my lawn and garden, I want to brew some compost tea. I have a 14 gallon container and a 1.6 cfm air pump. Can you give me some guidance on what to use for a diffuser and what size air line to run?

if you dig around here enough there is somewhere a detailed description of a home built compost tea bubbler system. somewhere in DG...
How does that size air pump compare to a typical aquarium pump? My aquarium pump is pretty wimpy and wouldn't do much to 14 gal.
That set up used PVC to make the bubbles rise up thru a tube with some of the liquid, which helped to turn the whole volume of liquid, it seemed to me.
If you can't find it, take your best guess on something that gets the liquid good and bubbly and let us know how it works out.

1.6 cfm is about triple the volume of a big aquarium pump. I used three aquarium air stones. I did find some better stones online and found some instructions on a PVC diffuser. I'll do something different once my $4.50 investment in aquarium stones fails.

Spread my tea this morning. Looking forward to watching the results.
