I just found this on my Delphinium that has returned from last year-the plant is beautiful, but what are the transparent droplets on the stems? At first glance they lookes like slug eggs- not-They are sticky to the touch. I sprayed pyrethrins on them last night. Please help. My neighbor's delph also has them. Any help is appreciated. So far this spring is the worst for bugs in a long time. Earwigs, cutworms, ants-rolypolys-you name it we got it!
