Asters Yellow Question

Yesterday, I was just reading about asters yellow for the first time. I see a few leaves on 2 of my echinaceas with yellowing leaves and green veins. Is this a sure sign of asters yellow, or could there be another explanation?

I will try to take photos this weekend of the plants in question and post here.
