Taking a chance that some are tuned in.
I have several of my friends on speed-dial if there is a tornado in our area- I have done that call more than once!
I know two weeks ago when we got that tornado thru the Joanna area I had friends calling saying hey - you need to get out of the house and go to your moms(she lives in town) - we are leaving our homes you need to go now! Now that was scary - looking off the back deck we could see the storm moving west to east, my 10 yr old was crying she was so scared so I got the kiddos in the car and drove to my moms (two miles away)
I was very blessed that all that happened was my foxglove beat to the ground in the rain....it can be replaced...my kids...nope....
