Coneflower seedlings

I have discovered a multitude of small coneflower plants coming up in the gravel walkway of my garden. If I dig these and plant them, will they produce a bloom?

It's possible if you move them asap. However, most of them will probably bloom next year. You could have some late fall blooms this year which is nice. I've had them bloom the first year. It depends on how old and big they are.
