cooooooooooool!
well it's up by my gate, so i'm not sure how i'll get it down to my garden... and did NOT see any seeds. in fact, i haven't seen it blooming again since the day of this photo. isn't that odd?

and thanks, Kay!

If you can follow the vine from the end to the root base, you will probably find that it's rooted along the vine, where it has touched the soil - just yank it up and re-plant it. It also soil-layers easily.

Good luck with it! Here is mine - it blooms from March until November for me.

why do the flowers on my gold flame look like balls of blackish color with no intention to actually open? I guessed it might be powder mildew so I sprayed with NEEM. Plants look healthy despte the flowes...

It could be aphids - neem should kill them.

my vine was up in a tree, so nothing had touched the ground. but i put two cuttings in a glass of water and one has quite a few roots on it already. i'm thrilled. may put it on the mailbox but haven't decided yet for sure.
