Aw, just beautiful! Ya got to love Stargazer. Matrix isn't bad either. :)

Milwaukee, WI(Zone 5a)

Hi where did you get matrix from??

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Pretty little orange one. Some of mine seems very short this year too. Wonder if that is caused by the dry weather. We are 6+ inches behind normal rainfall here. Matrix has bloomed in a pot for me. It was only about 7" tall. Is there a regular Matrix and a Dwarf one? Monte Negro, Ceres and Lollypop are all just days away from opening.

I agree with Mags, that is a lovely soft pink, no matter who it is. :)

The one that's been visiting me since last spring..
he's been here 3X in the last 3 weeks...tore my birdfeeder apart then decided he wanted to be a hummingbird
and I caught him drinking the hummingbird food....LOL
Now he can't get any of them..so maybe he'll stay away...LOL

Nilwood, IL(Zone 5b)

Hope so!!! Throw a firecracker at him. HUGS BEV

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

Got A can of Bear Spray...
I added the White and the Golden Stargazers this year...can't wait to see them bloom...
Also the Ivory..Bright and Peach Pixie's..
I'm so ready for some warmer weather...

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Wow, you're living in Pennsylvania and you're dealing with bears? How far out in the countryside are you? What does bear spray do for you? I don't know if I could do bears, I kind of like to live where I'm at the top of the food chain and not suspect to being somethings lunch. :)

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

Out in the country..the family has a 200 acre farm...
Their just coming out of Hibernation the past month or so..
So their really hungry.feeders are an easy snack.....never heard of one attacking anyone around here...
Moved the feeders up stairs on my deck...Usually they don't come near the houses..
The wildlife is using my pasture as a pass through...might have to get another dog...lol
This one male is alittle cockier then most
Bear spray is pepper spray and they hate it..and this can shoots over 35 feet...
don't wanna use it..but if he keeps coming around i'll have to..
to let him know he's not welcome here..

Nilwood, IL(Zone 5b)

You be careful. BEV

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

Bev..I'm a chicken so I don't go too far away from the house alone...
So it's kinda putting a kink on getting some of the native plants out in the woods...
Gary says their more afraid of me then I am of them...LOL
WANNA BET??

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Bear spray = pepper spray, hmmmmmmmmm, I'd be afraid the bear would like his dinner seasoned well first.. :) LOL Seriously tho, please be careful, ok?

Putnam County, IN(Zone 5b)

Can't believe you are still cold in PA. Almost 90 here yesterday & today. Tomrrow back down to 68...much bettter! I don't know if I would move the feeders closer to me!! LOL

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

yeah we had a frost/freeze warning.. Sun/Mon..
it's crazy..
my deck/balcony is about 15 foot off the ground and the only way to it is through my bedroom
unless he wants to climb a pole...

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Don't poles and trees have a lot in common? :)

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

I'm hoping not..it's a square pole so I hope that throws him off...
Guess he got into the trashcan last night/this morning....

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

Well he came back tonight while I was out there by the trashcan...
Ran in the house grabbed the phone and camera...and ran upsyairs to the balcony...
My daughter came down and chased him with her car...blowing the horn the whole time..then we sprayed the trashcan with the pepper spray...

Yep, there's a reason I live in Iowa. You are always at the top of the food chain here. I like it that way. :) LOL

Nilwood, IL(Zone 5b)

Bev..... lucky you..their beautiful....
wish the weather here would make up it's mind and stay warm...
But it wasn't even as hot as I thought it would be in Texas.....just a different kind of heat..
Mine have buds though so someday...LOL

Nilwood, IL(Zone 5b)

I have about another 10 different colors that I can't wait to see.

Alot of mine are new for this year between last year and the co-op so i'm getting pretty excited here too...
