When I bought this plant last year, the flowers were of a beautiful sky blue. This year the flowers are purple. Not that I would mind this purple color. I am just curious why the color has changed. Is it the soil? The only fertilizer I have given it was all purpose slow release fertilizer. Any thoughts?
By the way, I was very successful with soft cutting last year. Unfortunately, the new plants didn't make it through the winter because I left them in small pots. I will root more this year and plant them in the garden before the winter comes. Love this plant.
