Pillbug-Sowbugs in my worm bed

I have a lot of sowbugs, or pillbugs or what ever you call them in my worm bed. Are these little guys bad for the bed? If so how do I get rid of them?

A few of these guys can be helpful with your bin in that they help to further break down the food matter. If you have tons of them, it can be an indication that the bin is too dry. Try upping the moisture level a bit and see if that decreases their population.
