Rudbeckia "Denver Daisy"

Ft Lauderdale, FL(Zone 10a)

Here's a photo I took today out front of a new Rudbeckia named "Denver Daisy". It is a Rudeckia that was created to honor the City Of Denver's 150th Anniversary. It is a cross between Rudbeckia hirta and Rudbeckia "Prairie Sun".

I really like this one. Do they sell seeds of this one?

I do know that Rudbeckia "Denver Daisy" is grown from seed and was developed by Benary in Germany. Apparently 300,000 free seeds packs were handed out in the summer of 2008 in metropolitan Denver at KeyBank branches, Denver garden centers and other various retaliers. I see it listed on Benary's website as a new plant introduction for 2009/10, but I haven't seen any online retailer offering it yet in either seed or plant form. My guess is that it will probably start showing up on various websites for sale this fall. The blooms vary from about 3 to 5 inches in diameter.
