Sewing clothes with the Lutterloh system: 'the golden rule'

Fort Lauderdale, FL(Zone 10b)

I've just bought the Lutterloh system for sewing clothes.

There are certainly many blouse/shirt patterns but there is not a 'basic' shirt pattern of this style in the entire book (other than the one designed for men).

I'd like to make a loose-fitting shirt with notched collar, back pleated into yoke and above elbow sleeves. (Dropped shoulders, pocket, with forward shoulder seams, would be nice). (Book with red lady drawing on the front - 2009).

If anyone uses this system, I'd love to have feedback. Have you modified patterns enterchanging sleeves or collars from one pattern to another?

Thanks.
