nutrient value of hydro veggies compared to dirt grow veggie

Ok, I'm curious as to if any of you would know this. I found a local CSA but, they only have hydroponic veggies. A year or so ago when I was thinking of getting a Aerogarden, my hubby insisted that they wouldn't be as healthy or taste as good as dirt grown veggies. What are your opinions on the subject?
