DH and I both are close to the end of finishing up a course of 2 antibiotics each for pnuemonia. I've heard they will kill all bacteria in your system, so the good bacteria needs to be reintroduced when the medicine is finished. I've always heard yogurt was good for that. He will not even try it, regardless of how much stomach trouble he had last year. Any suggestions of what else (besides yogurt) would help get his digestive system back in balance?
