Today it was very windy in the Piedmont of NC
The wind blew down a tree .....and the tree took down an electric pole.....the electrical sparking caught the woods on fire ....and out went the electric for a long time.
Burning up a few hours of propane and a few bucks too!!

Sorry about the power interruption (and the delay in noticing this post)! Hopefully, all is well by now. at least the resulting fire caused no more than a power outage. BEEN THERE! Had a downed power line from the winds start a fire a few years back. Scary, to say the least, best reason I know of to have a cell phone (to call in the trouble). Hope Shoe was not affected as he is close to your area.
