Peanut Butter Fruit

se qld, Australia

AKA Bunchosia argentea - can anyone tell me in what season they flower please? And is there a minimum age they have to reach before they do so?

Mine has bloomed in both fall and spring.

No fruit yet, but it's still only maybe 3-4 feet tall.

ECHO in North Ft Myers, FL has a somewhat large tree that was in full fruit around February. I live in zone 9b and I think they are zone 10. I have 3 small pb trees, but none have fruited yet.

Mine starts flowering in early spring and flowers and fruits until late fall/winter. It started flowering when it was about 4 feet & started producing fruit the next year. It is about 15' tall.

Follow up - My peanut butter fruit trees were absolutely loaded this year. Last year I had about 100 fruits, this year I had about 1,000. Also, my trees that I started from seed in 2009 and am growing in partial shade were absolutely loaded this year. I would say 3 years from seed to abundant fruit.
