What's eating my deciduous azaleas?

Bedford, NH(Zone 5b)

Help! Every year small green caterpillars which look like tiny inch worms. Spins a thread to swing from branch to branch. Starts with the tender young leaves but will continue munching all year until the leaves are down to just the veins. Will eventually defoliate the entire shrub.

I'm trying to stay organic but I'm really getting angry at these tiny monsters. Any ideas?

No idea what it is but have you tried applying Bt?
