OK, I'm on a mission now, because googling has not turned a seller up! Has anyone heard of - or know where I can get - this H. arborescens discolor subspecies "Frosty"? I read about it somewhere and it seems to fit what I want to do in my 5b, Chicagoland garden, which is . . .
1) Plant a hydrangea
2) that's really hardy
3) that's smallish (3' - 4' height and spread)
4) in a 15' long 2' wide border next to the house
5) where it will get morning sun for about 3 hours, followed by dappled sun for a few hours, followed by no sun.
Anyone heard of this candidate for my garden??
