Pattern for tiny premies

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

When my daughter in law was expecting quads, I purchased many, many yards of very fine cotton and tons of fine cotton lace in order to make christening gowns. Unfortunately our babies came too early and didn't survive. I've had the fabric and lace put away for 9 years now and I think I can bear to use it now.

When our babies were lost they were brought to us in teeny gowns. It meant the world to us to have them dressed.

I would like to make tiny gowns and donate them to the hospital to maybe bring a small bit of comfort to parents and grandparents.

our babies were just over a pound so the gowns would have to be very small. Does anyone know where to find such patterns?
