Yes, it is c. 'Cleopatra'.
I love when the red is in the leaves like this, and both yellow and red is in the flowers.

That is a really nice Cleopatra. The one I had only occasionally had a red stripe on the back of a leaf and you could not even tell from the front! It was strange. That really is a beauty!

We got some much needed rain last night, so hopefully it won't be too long before I have some blooms. I moved some cannas from over by the fence because we have to get some field line repairs done (digging) and they are a little slower than the others :(
