I will be making a road trip this weekend. I hope to visit several garden centers, nurseries, etc. I will be traveling Columbus to Cincinnati to Louisville to Nashville to Chattanooga to Knoxville to Lexington and back to Columbus.
Any must visit favorites?

Meadowview Gardens in Huber Heights outside of Dayton and
Berns Nursery in Middletown, Oh. Both are great and have a large selection of plants

Yeah, Bern's is nice. If you decide to travel north on I-75 You could stop at Cox Arboretum for a stroll.

I second the Meadowview Nursery at the edge of New Carlisle, Ohio. It's on RT.#235.
Great nursery!! There is also Andy's Garden Center near Troy, Ohio. I think that is on Rt. # 55. Another nice one. And of course Spring Hill Nursery is in Tipp City, Ohio. Not sure of the street? All of these are in fairly close proximity.
