Does anyone know wjat kind of snake this is?? ...

Found this in my garage/ shed .. Looks like some kind of python, But, Don't know.. Hope someone can tell me so I will know if it's poisonus or not, Sorry about the photos, I put the snake in the only cntainer I had that I would feel safe...

so far, I'm guessing pine snake or hognose. both non-poisionous.

head is too dark for the pine snake. I can't see if it has a snub nose or not for the hognose. If the nose is normal, I'm going with "brown water snake". Nerodia taxispilota

Thanks beakerlj, I took a fast look at that same page earlier today and it seems hard, I agree with your guesses, As I thought the same when I looked at that page, But, I'm still uncertain. Doesn't look like it has a snub nose and it does seem to have the markings of a pine snake and brown water snake, Hope maybe someone comes along that knows snakes good so maybe I would know for sure. I'm going to take it to some woods that are away from houses and let it go, but, I'm still curious on what it is.
