OK A partial list FINALLY!
Man the yard was a mess.

We have EE pups.....
"Big Dipper" a bunch, 12 "Black Magic" , 3 A. wentii,
and a half dozen or so tall greens probably A. macro and an unk. Xanthasoma
These of course need winter shelter.

Lily-of the Valley
Ostrich Ferns
Variegated Vinca
Bishops Weed
And some Cool Angel Trumpets (datura) these get Honking Big and have tons of white white blooms.
Think annual Brugs.....

There will be more but it's raining.... lol!

Ric

Also Hardy Begonia and Purple Oxalis

Ric what does one do with a hardy begonia ? i may be interested .

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

Sue it's a flowering bedding plant about 1 1/2' tall.
It is in fact a Begonia.... might need some mulch for the winter up your way.
Though I'm seeing it grown in MI so.....

http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/722/

I personally think it's gorgeous.
Especially w/ a dark purple or black plant mixed in.

Ric

Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)

Ric would you have another hardy begonia for trade? Look at my list and see if there is anything that interests you.

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

We can get plenty.
Jon and we both divide it every year.

Got you down Bonnie.

I'll also have fresh Rosa 'Paul's Musk Rambler' cuttings if anyone's interested.

Ric

Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)

Ric, is that the rose you posted a picture of the other day. If so, would love to have a start of it.

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

It is in fact that one Bonnie.
http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/64797/

I'll just have cuttings but apparently it roots easily.
I'll put you on the list.

Ric

New Madison, OH(Zone 5a)

Would Paul's musk rose be hardy for me Ric..do ya think? If so...I'll try a cutting.
I know the hardy begonia isn't hardy for me...at least it wasn't at the farm. My aunt who lived near Bellbrook had lots of it...and I could never get it to live here! And it was sooo pretty!!

Philo, OH(Zone 6a)

Ric,

I would like some purple oxalis, I will try some cuttings also. So far I have two different styles of grass flowers, glass mushrooms, a few paperweights and maybe big glass balls (haven't made them yet).

Rebecca

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

Got you down for the Rose too Marcy.
The HB might be hardy on the south side up tight against the house.
I don't remember seeing it in Dayton but.......

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

Ooooo Glass Mushrooms!
That sounds Cool Rebecca!
Got you down for Ox!

Ric

Flemingsburg, KY(Zone 6a)

Ric
I would like... Rosa 'Paul's Musk Rambler'
and hardy begonia
if you still have some

Pauletta

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

You gott'm Pauletta
Actually I have WAY more Paul's than we can ever get rid of.
We're pruning it hard back to retrain it's growth so.....
If it wasn't an armored rose we'd weave something w/ the canes.
Ramblers are VERY thorny.
And take a heavy support.... think Wisteria in weight.

Ric

New Madison, OH(Zone 5a)

Ut oh...Dave will love it Ric..hehehehe....NOT!!!

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

After it get going it is totally no maintenance.
No Black Spot, Fungus, etc... no pruning..... maybe a heavy feeding in the Fall.
Loves Shade ...... should do well in hot Sun.... EXTREMELY Fragrant.

Ric

if you got any begonia left i would go for some of it
looks like it might fit in around some areas near my hosta garden in the back porch.
thanks

Franklin, OH(Zone 6a)

Hey, Ric....would you put me down for some EEs, please? Your kindness is so awesome...... ;o)

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

You got it Joyce!

Ric

Winchester, KY(Zone 6a)

Ric, I'd love a Black Magic EE. I can't seem to keep one alive during the winter- I kill one every year!

Ric i m sorry i m out of amish paste tomatos :( i think an animal must have knocked them over and dug them up. ? they are scattered all over and torn up ? weird ? like they were ripped out of the pots , so i know it wasn't just wind . Hmmm mystery but the others are in good standing still. HMmm the critter didn't like the other stuff , just the amish paste ?
how weird is that ?

morehead, KY(Zone 6a)

Ric, If you have any EE's left(I have lost count if you have any left) I would love some.
Marcy, any ostrich fern would be great. I don't care how the top foliage may look. I planted sad marked down ones last year and they look great this year.

Also PLEASE! Everyone take a petasites. I am going to have to trash some to make room for the other plants in that bed if they don't find good homes.

I can pot up some starts of hops or comfrey if anyone wants some...

morehead, KY(Zone 6a)

Darius, I would love some hops. I have been searching for some. There is an old mobile home next to us and these guys were going to demolish it for the scrap. Well guess what. They got all the stuff they could sell and left a skeleton trailer. I hate looking at it and thought hops would be a great way to hide it.

I also have a friend who micro brews and he would be so pleased if he could get chemical organic hops from me.

Goe... I just noticed a couple of pieces of the hops laying on the ground today... they are just starting to root, so I'll leave them a few days before cutting them off and getting them into a pot. There are maybe 3, unless someone else wants some you may have them all. This is their first year, kinda... I bought a quart pot late last summer...

morehead, KY(Zone 6a)

Thank you, thank you!

New Madison, OH(Zone 5a)

Okies George..you got 'em! Also will look at my hops and see if there are any i can dig. It's an old one...and quite prolific!

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

Hops?
We need Hops too.

Like George we've looked everywhere.
Ric

So.App.Mtns., United States(Zone 5b)

Well, between Marcy and me, we should have you covered!

New Madison, OH(Zone 5a)

Yes Ric...I'm going out to look here in a few minutes...before Dave mows them off..lol. I have hops climbing up a birdhouse pole...and it spreads into the grass at the bottom. There should surely be some rooted there!

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

THANKS Guys!

Ric

Sugar Valley, GA(Zone 7b)

Hey Bro....I think Cookie and I have you covered for your **stepping stone ground cover that can stand traffic**
I have been stomping this stuff flat, burying it under rockpiles and like the Pink bunny, it just keeps going and going and going...LOL
I will send a HUGE batch of it for you with Cookie....

Cincinnati, OH(Zone 6b)

Thanks Sis!

New Madison, OH(Zone 5a)

Ric...George....I went out and pulled PLENTY of hops for both of you!!! If it lays on the ground..it roots!! Ground was wet enough..I didn't even have to dig!

Flemingsburg, KY(Zone 6a)

Hey Marcy

Pauletta
