DH and I are in a weight loss contest at our local community center. It's for teams and it goes by percentage of weight lost rather than number of pounds. We started last Monday so we had to weigh in this evening. DH lost 16lbs and I lost 10lbs. I tied with another girl for highest percentage lost this week. I'm half way to my goal. The contest lasts for eight weeks. The prize was $500 per team but the lady told us tonight that they have had such a good turnout that they have doubled the prize! I sure hope we can win.
Do any of you have any good low fat and/or sugar free recipes you could pass on to me? I'd sure appreciate them. Thanks.
