Got this e-mail says crucial windows update

Anybody get this,and have anybody installed it.

In order to protect your system from being compromised, Microsoft has released a critical update.

This update applies to all versions of the Windows operating system.

You can install the update for free by visiting ://service29.upgrade65.svgtele.com

This is what I got,took out the http,so the link wouldn't work.
Then I checked with snopes and they said it was a real update.
