Same as when you left??? Hope you had a good time.
Today's Weather in Your Garden - 41
No, it was cold when we left - and actually cool the first couple days in New Orleans, in the 50's. End of the week was 70's. A couple tough flights, had to get the plane de-iced in Atlanta.
I was surprised it was so warm here.
nice Sherrie!
great pics sherrie - love the woodies!
Cool woodpeckers! 61 and sunny here!
Heaven is......64°!!!!
54 now... already wondering around the yard with no coat on... going up to 65
61 here, but I still wear a sweatshirt. Sunny but there is so much still to melt. Chipmuncks are active.
Got up to 71 here, but back doen to 65. Felt better so went out on the deck and soaked up the sun.
65 and cloudy. Just in from doing my first garden cleanup. Was about 72 before.
Candyce - that's really great to know that there hasn't been as much snow there as we feared! We'll do our best to avoid mud season on our dirt road.......not fun!!
Congrats on DS's victory, Victor! Very cool car!
mrsj - love seeing your petunia! We must have something in common....LOL
It's so nice to hear that so many of you are beginning to have the spring temps, at least for a day here and there. It's no fun to be the only one wearing short sleeves!!! LOL
Hit 65 today. Gotta love it. I was amazed, I sat out this am talking to my Dad on the phone. I would say it was 8:30. Everything was snow covered and I mean several inches worth. I look out the window now and the only place I see snow is in the shaded spots or where I piled it real high!
Oh, that's great, Anita!! Congrats on your snow melt!! LOL With daylight savings time, that's one more hour of sun melting snow every day! It'll be warm and colorful before you know it! Enjoy!
Yes, it was a great day. Was throwing the football around with my son. 66 and overcast now.
Sounds like a great Saturday, Victor!
38° heavy rain and lightening
Calm outside--REMEMBER THE CLOCKS
It hit 70, hubby took the kids to Jenkinson's Aquarium in Pt Pleasant while I went to that Tastefully Simple party.
Same temps tomorrow rain after 1pm
55 now... going up to 59 and rain today... supposed to get pretty heavy too
it's dark!
just said the same thing to Randy about an hour ago
Rains expected off and on until Thursday. At least the highs are all in the mid-40's!!
Spring must be here, all the plants in the greenhouse are awake and growing fast. Plus, there has been a plethora of birds and flocks about lately.
See the Canada Geese heading north again. We do get a lot of the migratory flocks through our area.

Was 1816 the 'year without a summer' because of the volcano errupting in the south Pacific? I forget the volcano, but it was before Krakatoa.
ya know you just reminded me ... Randy and I are 6 years apart in age... he does not remember Mount Saint Helens ... he was 3... and I was 9.... freaky isn't it????...it's at those times he loves to remind me how old I am
:)
Same here....4 years old than DH but he has no memory so it doesn't matter. lol
I guess it does work out then doesn't it?
When he reminds me of how old I am...I remind him that with age comes wisdom and to respect his elders!! LOL
LOL
