What time of day to you spray EM on plants?

I remember reading somewhere that there were certain times of day to spray EM on trees/plants. I think it had something to do with the stoma??? (plant breathing holes) being opened or closed. I figured I would check before I spray my lemon tree and kill it. I do love that tree but the leaves are a little yellow and spotted so I thought I would spray something on it.

In the Bokashi Part 3 thread, it says not to spray in the middle of the day, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

I knew it was one of those threads, but it took me a long time to read through them the first time and I knew someone else would remember. Thank you very much!

It just so happened I was rereading the threads yesterday. There's so much info that I can't take it all in at once, so I go back & glance over them a second & third & fourth time!
