DAILY PICS. VOL. 187
WOW Margaret~♥ the Banksia
Rose great shot of the Greater Roadrunners what a cool bird!
Wallaby I haven't seen a pheasant since I was a kid. We used to have them in our back yard all the time. Since the neighborhood got built up over 40 years you just don't see them anymore~Sad...
Sparrow in the snow yesterday
Beautiful pheasant wallaby.
Lucky you Rose.....CONGRATS on the roadrunner!!! I would have been hyperventilating too!
Thanks Linth, Wallaby and Luv...I am askeered that I may start hanging out on that road looking for them again!!
Looking forward to your newest shots Linth.
Wallably...gorgeous shots of that Pheasant...they are so colorful!
Luv..Lovely shot of the White-throated in the snow. I know you must be looking forward to spring with all that snow!
Here is an Eastern Towhee from the brush pile yesterday...where I spend most of my time!
LOL...thanks Nanny!
WOW wonderful photos. Not many birds here yet, a pair of robins is all. But I can see a bit of my lawn area now, first time since middle of Nov. Sorry for all you people in Eastern US and all your snow. Just cloudy here.
Donna
Wow outstanding photos everyone!!
Congratulations Rose! You'll have to take some meat out with you again when you go to see the Roadrunner. Once you strike up a friendship then you'll have to name him! I'm so excited for you.
I think my next computer will be a Mac.
Yay Macs!
I forgot to say how much I loved the roadrunner. I didn't know they were that far north!
How excited I am for you Rose - about the Roadrunner! The clown of birds! If you do feed them it won't take them long to recognize you and run towards you instead of away.
Oh wont that be fun Rose!!!
Thanks Pelle and Mrs. Ed!
I hadn't thought about taking meat...oh my goodness...the wheels are turning! Marna...I think it has just been in recent years that they now reside here...they came with the Armadillos!
Angele...I thought of you when I saw them..Note to self...buy lots of hamburger in town today!!
BTW...my next one will also be a Mac...one with a 24" screen!
Mr. D from yesterday...Dickcissel!

Wowwweee! You are right on top of him! He's so pretty.
I didn't realize that MO had roadrunners, what a thrill.
Thanks Marna...his family should be arriving soon as they nest here. Maybe he will stay on the farm since he will have an unlimited supply of corn!
Iris...I live in SW Mo and it is very different from the northern part of the state. We also have Scissor-tails that breed here but not in the northern part of the state. It is the time of the year when I will be wore out from all the excitement! I hope I am not too old for this new hobby...LOL!
A male Cardinal...they alway pose so nice!
Edited 'cause...I really really can't spell!
