I am using Excel 97.
I am using a template I produced, and have inserted many rows where I want them. Now I have excess empty rows at the bottom of the sheet that I don't need. Deleting these already empty lines at the end of the sheet with the -edit>>delete...>>entire row- doesn't work. The only way I have found to solve the problem is to highlight the rows I have filled, and copy them to a new sheet, and deleting the original. While this is doable, it presents some other tedious complications.
I could transfer the sheet to an Excel 2000 version, if that would help, but isn't there an easier way?
