Hey. I"M new here. I have a scrap flannel quilt just made. I am trying to match other flannel fabric for the backing but am not happy with anything i'm finding. I'd like to use minkee fab for it but, I'm concerned. The flannel has not been waqshed{pre-Shrunk} and minkee is 100% polyester...I'm afraid after it is quilted it will be distorted after the first washing. I'd also like to use cotton backing. Anyone have a solution or ideads? The quilt will be quilted with a long-arm.
