If you really want to lose weight weight try this.
* Read at least one funny joke everyday.
* Do something nice for someone everyday.
* Have at least a little fun everyday.
* Say something nice about someone everyday.
* Think positive thoughts all of the time.
* This will put you in the proper frame of mind to stick with the diet.
If you don't do those things you will most likely feel sorry for yourself and give up on the rest of the diet to soon for it to take effect.
* Eat only vegetable salads liberally doused with a tasty vinegar and no oil. Chew the salad at least thirty two times per mouth full.
* Eat the vinegar salad no more than 5 hours before sleeping.
* Get twenty minutes of vigorous exercise every other day.
Skip the sabbath if you are religious.
* Drink plenty of water.
