I just bought this small indoor composter called a Nature Mill. Started it up a week ago - I'm not supposed to peak inside it for a week. Hah! That didn't happen. But it looks like it's going to work really well. It doesn't make a lot of compost at one time but in the dead of winter, nothing is composting outside and it drives me crazy. I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with this machine. It heats the food scraps, stirs them, and looks like it's pretty fast.

Good idea Pirate- also this which is referred to in the second above.

Go about halfway down and start to read about user experiences.
Good point, Sally. The bad reviews start on September 14, 1998.
I'm pretty darn satisfied so far. Just a little over a week and I have a whole container of really nice, loose compost. Wow!
