This is my latest orphan. I found him looking quite good among a lot of very crispy plants in the shop. I think he may get a bit greener in cooler weather but still looks perky. The stems are reddish and all the lady could tell me was she thought it was a shrub. Can anyone help please.

I'm no help with your plant but I laugh at plant sellers who say things like "I think it's a shrub". Fair dinkum I thought it might be a horse.

Last time I looked it was green , growing in a pot and looked like a plant. I wonder at some people who work in plant departments. I am wondering what she thought I was buying in a plant area.

The stem and leaf remind me of Fuschia.
Is there a vinca that is a shrub?
