very weird thing happening, warning messages in browser list

A very strange thing is happening when I opened my browser just an hour ago;

All the sites, even the most trusted ones (even Dave's garden!) have the notice:
"be aware opening this site can harm your computer" (translated from Dutch)
I get the same thing when using Internet Explorer and Google chrome.
My old computer connected in a home-network has the same symptoms on both browsers.

What could this be?? I'm so puzzled by it ??????
