Got a Cricut for Christmas - Need a cutting chart

I got a Cricut Expressions for Christmas. Do any of you know where I could find a chart that lists what settings and blades to use for various materials? Have not even used it yet because the second thing I tried to cut was a piece of fabric and a total failure. Set it aside and have not looked at it since. I know this is supposed to be a great machine but the book that came with it was not very informative. Thanks for any help you can give me.
