Can You ID This Fern?

I had bought this fern a few years ago at Walmart and loved it. Unfortunately it died and I would like to have another. Can anyone tell me what it's called by a picture? :oS

I believe that's a Sheepdog Fern --very rare.

RE the bark, since the fern died years ago I don't know for sure, it was black I think. Thanks for all the info.

BTW, if it's rare how come it was at Walmart??????? And WHERE can I get another?!? Or what's a nice big (hardy to zone 8B - 20 degrees or so) fern I can get to plant under my trees?????????????
