Snow in Henderson and Las Vegas?

Here are some pictures of that rare snow storm we had a couple of weeks ago in the Vegas area.

Very nice. I like picture #1. I was under the impression that you got snow - at least a dusting - every year, so I was surprised that people were surprised about the snow.

We get snow about once every four years here on the valley floor and it usually melt away but noon. This snow storm was special because it was the biggest since 1979 and stayed on the ground for 5 days. An interesting experience.
