I heard a program on the radio about a diet that is specific to your blood type.
Has anyone here tried something like that and what do you all think of it.
I think it sounded kind of silly. What difference would your blood type make?
Just wondering if anyone had thoughts on this.
It sounds bogus to me, but my DH wants to look into it.
I think it would be alot of work!
