I have a question .. ^-^

What is your opinion with regards to the difference in price between 'things' .. ie flour, sugar .. baking ingredients etc .. bought at the bulk food stores as opposed to your regular supermarket ?

I am constantly wondering if I am actually 'saving' money by buying in bulk ... or 'no frills' ..
