Hi,
I'm looking for butterblossom squash seeds- grown for their predominantly male flowers so I can get a great harvest of blossoms rather than fruit for cooking. I can't seem to find the seed anywhere. Anyone know of any sources? I'd be grateful..
haven't found any sources in DG...
Thanks,
joy
butterblossom squash seed sources anyone?
I just ordered from Heirloomseeds.com in PA. I included a squash called Straita de Italia which is advertised as offering loads of blossoms for frying. They didn't say much about the fruit so I think the flowers are the main attraction. The packet cost $1.25 and for a total of 22 packets of seed they charged somewhere around $3 postage. I've ordered from these folks before and they were great.
