so pretty

I have to agree, this Hoya Bella bloom is beautiful. However, I have to dispute the planting location of the plant - Sun to Semi-Shade. I have never known any Hoya that will grow in direct sunshine without its leaves being severely burnt. Maybe it will grow in these conditions elsewhere in the world, but I can only speak from personal experience here in Johannesburg, ZA, highveld (ie above 5000 ft above sea level, summer rainfall, winter frost). It has to be protected from direct sunlight as the leaves burn easily, like Clivias, and watered once a week, twice in Summer. I always give mine some Potassium liquid fertilizer in blooming time - October to March - and it can vary considerably depending on local conditions. Here is a picture of what I believe is Hoya Compacta / Variegata, but I am subject to correction.
