Firefox/photo upload problem.

Today I changed from IE to Firefox. ( took Dave's advice!)
Big learning curve of course.
Here is the current problem.
I belong to a community on proboards.com . If I want to post pics I have to load them into photobucket first, then copy the Direct link under the pic, open the website, insert the link in my post .
However since I changed to FF this afternoon I am unable to do so. A DG member suggested that FF was blocking and gave me a way to ensure that FF is not blocking ( tools-option-content-exceptions to loads images automatically - specify web site allowed to load) Well that didnt work.
So please would somebody tell this computor challenged DGer what to do! It was all so easy before!
