LOL at the little rascals, will have to keep an eye out for those playful moves. I seen the red one yesterday, but couldn't get a pic. He was jumping, and running in and out , in the back hedge. Hard to have a focus shot.

I was surprised when I first saw them eating the left over apples I put out for the raccoons last year. They also seemed to enjoy the grapes I put out for the orioles and jays this summer!

GM I heard the squirrels are all getting very chubby this year. Either a sign of a bad winter ahead or must of had a great harvest.
I love it when they put a paw against there chest, very cute.
Nanny you got snow!!! Lot of activities there huh? They are great entertainer.
We're into a winter storm right now, we're suppose to get about 1 foot of snow. turning into freezing rain later. First significant snow fall this year.
Here's Red this morning.

Thanks Nanny, that last one, not to chubby, but have his winter coat on, could be a male . :) Your right, pregnancy that could be another possibility, for the first one. Lovely shots.

Seale, AL(Zone 8b)

Dquirrels get pregnat in the winter? Have to see if any of mine look extra plump in th etummy.

With the tornadoe winds we had this morning, some of my suirrels home slook a wreck. The sorm winds really did a numebr on their nests. Wish I could just super glue th leave s they all lost back together.

The oen that likes to hide in my furnance chimney, poor thign it looks the worst. it a yougn squirrel and must not have very good skills yet.
