Help Get Chili Off The Ceiling

Yep, you read that right.

I'm looking for a good way to get chili off the ceiling, preferably without having to climb up there as it is a 10ft ceiling and a blown one at that.

Yes, I am a very creative person, and I have managed to find a way to get the chili up there so now am looking for your ideas on how to get it back down again, hopefully before it dries.
